On behalf of our Client, Onix AS, we are looking for an Advisor Professional Services.

The Advisor's overall responsibility is to advise customers, ensure efficient work processes and deliver top quality services to customers, thereby maximizing their product experience and strengthening their relationship with Onix.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify improvements and opportunities for simplification and automation
  • Contribute with technical and practical expertise in larger projects for enterprise customers of Onix Work
  • Collaborate with our customer's management to understand the organization’s needs and goals
  • Continuously contribute to developing and improving the processes required to optimize the service performance of Professional Services
  • Plan and execute consultancy services for Onix' enterprise customers, including but not limited to Project management and Analysis and advisory consultancy services
  • Ensuring quality, safety and environment objectives are met during the planning and execution of one's work


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the B2B market
  • Experience from the industry and/or management consultancy will be an advantage
  • Previous experience with implementing ERP, CRM or EAM
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
