You will play a significant role in overseeing tenders and procurement activities related to IT and digitalization needs. Leveraging specialized expertise in IT and digitalization, along with a solid background in procurement, the Tender Manager will ensure that all purchases within this domain align with the overarching digitalization strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire procurement process for IT and digitalization acquisitions, from vendor identification to contract award.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT and digitalization purchases.
  • Design and lead cross-functional tender teams.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers.

Formal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or law with a focus on procurement management and/or legal expertise.
  • Experience in procuring IT software and IT services.
  • Proven experience in tender management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Preferably experience in the oil and gas industry.

Personal Qualifications:

  • Curiosity and interest in emerging climate technologies.
  • High work capacity and action-oriented.
  • High level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.

The commitment will last for 10-12 months.
